Stevenson Baby Gender Reveal

Good Gravy, I've been waiting for this day for a long time! My sweet sister, Lindsay, and her hubby, Ryan, FINALLY KNOW THE GENDER TO THEIR BABYYYYYYY!!!!!! We did a super fun shoot with a smoke bomb. I listened to a voicemail left by her OBGYN with the exciting news. Then, I chose the coordinating smoke bomb, and I had them keep their eyes closed tight. A few of my family members were there to help things go smoothly and to video the entire thing (thanks mom, dad, kenny, josh, and my crazy kiddos). I LOVE how the whole thing turned out, mostly because their initial reaction is AMAZING!!

This sweet little Lion was the first thing Lindsay ever bought for their baby. She had a strong hunch it was a Boy.

Jett {Baby}

I recently did a session for some of my very dear friends. There were so many images I loved but to save this from being an obnoxiously long post, I decided to let the star be the star. Little Jett. This little boy I love as much as my own. I'll let the images speak for themselves. This kid. All the heart eyes!

Hughes {Family}

The last time I was with the Hughes family, little Lilly was still in the womb. It was such a joy to meet this sweet babe and photograph her for the first time. This little beauty is 4 months old. Thank you Allison and Rob for letting me steal cuddles and capture this sweet time in your lives.

Taylor {Family}

Tobias might be one of the sweetest little boys I've ever met. If I had to rate his chillness the day of our session on a scale from 1 to 10, he'd get a 15. The only thing that produced giggles from him that day were daddy's silly faces. Whitney and Clay are so incredibly blessed to be this little guy's parents. Tobias was recently diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. I was incredibly encouraged by Whitney and Clay's faith in the Lord and strength to encourage Tobias. It was such a blessing to capture and meet this precious family.

Taylor family, I hope you fall in love with these photos as much as I fell in love with Tobias. That kid is going to be a heart-breaking stud:) I mean, blue eyes and red hair?? SWOON!

Ezra {Baby}

Say hello to C's future wife, Ezra. You may remember her momma's maternity session or even her newborn session. This sweet family lives in Africa. Remember that adoption fundraiser I did this past fall? Part of the proceeds went to bringing this missionary family home for Christmas! I was so thankful I was able to catch lunch with Lizzy & Ezra while they were in town. While eating, I convinced her to let me snap some updated pics of E. We scheduled the session for the day before she was to head back home. When I woke up the morning of, I was real nervous. It was horribly rainy and there was barely any natural light coming through my windows. Still, this was our only day to get them done, and I was determined for her to have a session. So, with just the small light seeping in through my back door, I shot these of E. And you know what, I love them. We had limited space (literally like a 4x4 space) and not much of a background (although we did use the same fabric from her newborn session), but we made due. E brought her personality on full force! I love the simplicity of these photos, just sweet E's face stealing the show- as it should be:)

And SURPRISE KENNIE! I hope you love these images of your sweet baby girl!
